At The Wildland Project (TWP), your privacy is our priority. We are deeply committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our donors. This Donor Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information and reaffirms our commitment to transparency, respect, and integrity in all donor interactions.


Our Commitment to Donor Privacy

TWP will never sell, share, or trade donors’ names or personal information with any other organization. We also do not send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by TWP, both online and offline, through any platform (including our website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

If donations are processed through a third-party service provider, donor information will only be used for the purpose of processing the donation and will not be retained or used for any other reason.

  6. Trust that their personal information is handled with confidentiality and legal compliance.
     
  7. Expect professional and ethical conduct from TWP staff and representatives.
     
  8. Be informed whether fundraisers are volunteers, employees, or hired solicitors.
     
  9. Request to be removed from any mailing or contact lists.
     
  10. Ask questions and receive prompt, truthful, and clear answers.
     

Donor Preferences and Contact

We respect donor preferences regarding communications. Donors can at any time:

  • Request to remain anonymous
     
  • Update their contact or donation information
