The Eric Marsh Foundation is dedicated to honoring the sacrifices of America’s wildland firefighters by providing comprehensive support to firefighters and their families in times of need. We deliver vital financial assistance, emotional support, and mental health services to those affected by line-of-duty deaths, injury, and trauma. Through our work, we ensure that no wildland firefighter or family faces hardship alone, creating a strong network of support that reflects the brotherhood and sisterhood of the fire service.

Hotshot Wellness was founded in 2021 by current and former hotshot wildland firefighters who recognized an urgent need for improved physical, mental, and emotional conditions within the wildland firefighting community.

In response, our mission is to support the health and well-being of wildland firefighters through health-focused education, programs, and scholarships. We aim to complement existing organizations by offering a proactive approach to health and wellness education, ensuring a collaborative effort to address their needs.
